The stand alone system is a fully automated system:
- One button to inspect:
Load the cassette containing the wafers to be measured and push the "Inspect All" button.
Reliability: The stand-alone system can run for weeks before it needs to be recalibrated.
Simple calibration process: Push the "Cal Wafer" button and it automatically calibrates itself from the calibration station.
Remote control and access: User can control it or access the result remotely across the network or from the web browser like the Internet Explorer.
Database ready: Data can be stored locally on the local drive, on the network drive, or to the local or remote MySQL database server.
Our software can communicate through the Apache and Tomcat web-server using the TCP/IP, JSP and Java Servlet technology to enable user to control and get the result internally or across the corporate firewall.
Andrew NDT can provide the technology KNOW-HOW to setup the whole network system to control the TFEM system remotely. This stand-alone system is a fully automated system that houses the table-top system inside. |
